Return & Refund Policy

At Sutrika By Anve, every saree is a handcrafted expression of heritage, carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. To maintain the integrity of our luxury collections and support our artisans, we follow a clear and fair return policy.

Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged
  • A wrong product has been delivered
  • Damage or flaw beyond the natural characteristics of handloom weaving

All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Verification

To process any return or exchange, customers must share:

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video (without cuts)
  • Supporting images/videos clearly showing the issue

Requests without proper verification will not be considered.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Minor colour variations due to lighting or screen differences
  • Natural handwoven irregularities inherent to artisanal textiles
  • Sarees that are worn, washed, used, or altered
  • Customized orders including fall, pico, or blouse stitching
  • Sale or discounted purchases

Return Approval & Condition

  • Returns are accepted only after prior approval
  • Products must be unused, with original tags, invoice, and packaging intact
  • Unauthorized or improperly packed returns will be rejected

Refunds & Exchanges

Upon receipt and quality inspection, we may offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • Store credit, or

Approved return and exchange are processed within 7–10 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping may be borne by the customer.

Final Authority

All returns and exchanges are subject to final inspection and approval by Sutrika By Anve. Our decision in such matters shall be final and binding.
